She is currently at The HIghlands Place, in Somerset, Kentucky. She is in her own room and is a level one. She is 83 years.

I am looking to get her back to Pennsylvania.

I would like either a phone call or literature mailed or e mailed to me with prices regarding care and rooms, and also if furniture is provided.
