The entire process must have taken me 3 hours to get done, far more than what I would've liked. I called early that day to schedule an appointment which -to my surprise- I was promised would be done later today. I complied with these timings and came 15 minutes early only to sit in the waiting room for an entire hour. Only then was my name actually called, but not to get my shot. I was called over to be told that there was a complication with the schedule and that I would have to come back later. I was doomed to repeat the same process, waiting another whole hour to finally get my shot.

I'm considerably unhappy, I don't think I'll ever go back to this place again.
