I am trying to locate some information on my great grandmother. She was a resident at your facility in 1986. I was wondering if you archived your records. My daughter is doing a family tree project for school and we have little to no information on her. Her name was Annie Belle Matthews. She passed there on July 2, 1986. Any information would be helpful. Her grandson, (my father) recently passed and I regret that I did not get more details before, but he had dementia.
