They are only interested in the Medicare/Medicade insurance money. They neglected my mother to the point where she caught pneumonia. Their rehab is a joke! My mother was 10 times worse after being in there--STAY AWAY from this facility. The people who run this place are blood sucking parisites. They are evil!

I agree with your observations. My mother went there recently (2012) and it was horrible! Dirty, run down, garbage can not emptied for days, ROACHES crawling in the hallways, and some, NOT ALL, staff were rude and unprofessional. Ken the Aid and Jennifer the therapist were great, but everyone else was horrible! We had her transferred after two days there. We would NEVER send her back there! I can't believe that JFK has their name attached to that dump!
