My grandmother has been staying at this place for almost three years now. When I first visited her I felt like the facility could have been a lot cleaner, but since then I've noticed the staff working harder at keeping the rooms neat. This pleases me as my grandmother has a thing with germs. I just wanted to thank the staff for this. It really means a lot to me.
