Either I speak with snobbish and disrespectful nurses or being held in the lobby for long hours. I am an inch away of calling the higher management of this facility and report my nightmares. I have also consulted my family to move my grandpop to a way better home, though I haven't spoke with my grandpop yet and asked him about his stay and experiences inside.
