The last month he paid rent there but was in the Hospital and then a nursing home due to injuries and lack of care at the Heartland.

THey have had many investigations and have had fines and were found in non-compliance of state licensing regulations.

I would never recommend this place...it's heart breaking to see the care the elderly receive there.
