Comment on Heritage Nursing Home - Athens, PA written by: Kara S. 03/07/2012 5:30PM My grandmother has been staying at this place for almost a year now. I've visited her a number of times and on occasion I would see the employees not doing their job properly. The would often be talking on their cell phones, as if the people they were taking care of weren't there, and their tone and speech lacks any sort of mannerisms. They often have a level of speaking that is a step below casual and it's a bit off-putting. The facility itself is nice enough and my grandmother says she enjoys her time and activities there, but I am still concerned that the staff is in need of great improvement.
