I left my mother in their hands in good faith, but have found many problems in the first year that she's been here. They're very slow with their paper work and they always seem understaffed. The whole operation seems quite inefficient. My mother has told me that she isn't have a very easy time adjusting to the way they work. She's often waiting around for a nurse to assist her so that she can get on with her day. I would bring her to a new place at the soonest opportunity.
