Comment on Burton Care Center - Burlington, WA written by: Gin A. 03/23/2012 1:18PM A nice small nursing home with pretty clean rooms, but don't let that fool you. I left my mother in their hands months ago and since then I've been more than just unimpressed with the way things work there. I've visited my mother often, seeing how things were and if the accommodations were enough and apparently the place is normally understaffed, so getting help is a task in itself. For a place so small it would be nice if they could actually get enough people to give their residents the proper attention!
